This kit provides you with 6"x3/8" coupons with a precise 30 degree bevel on both edges for maximum material efficiency that are ready to Weld Right Out Of The Box. 8" Backing Straps Available. These dimensions are an industry standard and can be used in any grove weld position and welding process. The coupons come nicely packaged with clean faces and the mill scale removed from the welding area and have a thin coat of cutting fluid to prevent surface rust during storage. Parts are 6"x3"x3/8".

Manufacturing Process
All of our Welding Practice Kits are made with High Grade US made steel sorced from our local steelyard. Then they are cut with a bandsaw or a CNC plasma table instead of a shear to insure best cut quality in the industry. Finally they are packaged and shipped directly to your doorstep.
